Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position is responsible for the entire product development process from conception to completion.
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution & development of all products for the company, this will include the ideation, planning, designing, building & launching of all products.
∎ He/She will work with a team of technical managers, designers & engineers to ensure that products are developed efficiently & meet the high standards set by the company.
∎ The ideal candidate should have experience in product development, project execution & team player.
∎ He will be able to work in a fast-paced environment & be able to handle multiple projects at one time.
∎ Responsible for executing the entire product development process from concept to launch, working with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, customer, engineering, design, marketing & sales.
∎ Work with all the stake holders across the company to ensure alignment on product development goals & objectives.
∎ Define product requirements & specifications based on customer needs & inputs from other stake holders.
∎ Conduct market research, analysis & customer reviews to identify customer's needs & pain points.
∎ Responsible for timely sample submission and first time pass.
∎ Annalise customer feedbacks to inform future product development decisions.
∎ Execute/ facilitate tech pack review and risk assessment meetings.
∎ Resolving all the technical issues arises during pre and post-production.
∎ Give technical solutions to optimize productivity and profitability Ensure accurate time, weight & feasibility is given to costing cell / merchants.
∎ Ensure work place safety & product safety protocols
∎ Analyze & asses buyer feedback & act fast to ensure all the expectations are fully dealt without any delay.
