Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up on samples as per buyer comments, technical packs, and instructions.
∎ Monitor all sample section activities from development to final sample dispatch.
∎ Coordinate with knitting, dyeing, printing, embroidery, trims, and fabric suppliers to meet development requirements.
∎ Communicate effectively with the design team to ensure proper execution of styles.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and records related to sample development.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of all types of samples (Proto, Fit, SMS, PP, etc.) to buyers.
∎ Work closely with merchandising, production, and quality departments to ensure smooth sample execution.
∎ Assist in innovation and development of new fabrics, trims, and garment styles based on market and buyer trends.
∎ Job context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – R&D to support our product development process in R&D Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sample development, following up with internal departments and suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery as per buyer requirements.
