Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supporting recruitment through posting vacancies and managing responses to speculative candidates
∎ Prepare employee’s monthly salary, yearly promotion and final settlement
∎ Performs various administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size
∎ Makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports
∎ Manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and cubicles
∎ Monitor disciplinary actions, employee grievances and conflicts are handled as per labour law to ensure regulatory requirements are up to date prepare duty roster of the staff
∎ Maintain leave and attendance of the staff
∎ Taking all necessary steps for legal action
