Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Area Manager to join our Sales Department.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and the ability to lead and work effectively with the assigned team.
Key Duties:
- Develop and lead a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and career-focused sales team.
- Maintain the highest level of team discipline to ensure quality product promotion to physicians.
- Implement decisions from top management and promotional guidelines effectively in the field.
- Achieve area sales targets by ensuring individual team member performance.
- Review TA/DA bills, expenses, requisitions, and team reports, and forward them for timely approval.
- Ensure optimal use of resources by each team member.
- Evaluate team performance fairly and provide appropriate recognition and adjustments.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with leading dermatologists in the assigned territory.
