Responsibilities & Context:
Job context:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled IE Executive/ Sr. executive in our sewing , cutting , finishing section to join our Knit Garments team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in production planning, time & motion study, line balancing, and efficiency improvement within a knit-based manufacturing environment.
Responsibility :
- Conduct time and motion study for sewing /cutting/finishing operations.
- Analyze line performance and efficiency to achieve production targets.
- Prepare operation bulletin, SMV, and capacity study reports.
- Coordinate with planning, production, and quality teams for continuous improvement.
- Implement methods to reduce non-productive time and improve line balancing.
- Ensure daily IE reports and data accuracy for MIS updates.
