Responsibilities & Context:
1. Conduct time and motion study for sewing and cutting operations.
2. Analyze line performance and efficiency to achieve production targets.
3. Prepare operation bulletin, SMV, and capacity study reports.
4. Coordinate with planning, production, and quality teams for continuous improvement.
5. Implement methods to reduce non-productive time and improve line balancing.
6. Ensure daily IE reports and data accuracy for MIS updates.
