Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Organogram, Manpower Budget, JD & JS, KPI’s
∎ Collaborate with management to identify company skill needs
∎ Undertaking regular assessments of training needs and developing a program to meet the identified needs.
∎ Implement an effective performance management system.
∎ Prepare training Calendar, Design effective training & development programs
∎ Prepare training materials and modules, videos, and presentations
