∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in HRM Preferred
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labour law

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure 100% Compliance with full Factory.
∎ To monitor all the Resisters related with Compliance.
∎ To follow up RSC implementation works and to prepare Audit CAP.
∎ To review buyer wise CAP and arrange to take necessary action when required.
∎ To design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
∎ To prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
∎ To coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
∎ To lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
∎ To developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
∎ To handle all kinds of buyer COC and Technical audits, Certification audits, with RSC Structural, Electric and Fire audits, Nirapon with 90 days program, ISO 4001.
∎ To revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
∎ To evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
∎ To Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
∎ To ensure safe working condition in Factory Office.
∎ To arrange appropriate Fire fighting equipment's as per requirements.
∎ To make risk assessment for every section.
∎ To make sure chemical management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
