Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA in HRM from any reputed Private/Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all HR, Administrative & Compliance issues of the factory as per EPZ law benchmark and supervising day-to-day operations of HR & Administration department in factory and ensure proper administrative operation and function of the company.
∎ Manage staff and worker recruitment, employee files, orientation and training programs, payroll management, confirmation, yearly increment, leave management, termination, final settlement, employee grievance handling & disciplinary action, necessary letter issuance and other HR-related works.
∎ Ensures legal & BEPZA compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
∎ Maintains Management & BEPZA guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Good experience of recruitment understands target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, and negotiation with candidates. Manage time & attendance, transfer, confirmation, payroll, disciplinary procedure, compliance issues, Buyer's audit, etc.
∎ Daily visit in production floor for communicating with the workers and floor Management so as to keep a good team work for enhancing productivity.
∎ Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Assess compliance with all regulations governing hazardous waste transportation, chemical hazards, storage and disposal, arrange Fire Drill & Various compliance training.
∎ Establishing the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Pay-Roll & Employees benefits.
∎ To ensure wastage management and environmental issues to ensure employee's workplace health-hygiene and safety.
∎ Engage in employee administrative and facility support like canteen & security management, WWA & PF management.
∎ Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh EPZ labor law-2019 & Rules-2022 and best HR practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile/Garments /Lingering product & experienced in Export Processing Zones Authority will get priority.
∎ Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing, etc.)
∎ Excellent knowledge in E-mail Communication.

Salary: Negotiable
