Education:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Production Engineering.
∎ Training/Trade Course: GMP, HACCP, QMS, EHS

∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Shift wise production & maintenance.
∎ Plan and achieve target production.
∎ Ensure breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery & equipment.
∎ Analyze machinery breakdown and provide solution.
∎ Maintain data of daily production, compare actual production vs. plan, and mitigate the gaps.
∎ Participate in the team to conduct internal GMP and safety audit in plant and premises.
∎ Monitor the industrial hygiene and waste handling.
∎ Assume responsibility for safety and environment of plants and equipment.
∎ Provide monthly report on production activities/ wastage and other parameters to higher authority.
∎ Manage the plant staffs, monitor and assess their KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
∎ Maintain inventory of machinery spare parts and other consumables.
