Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Embroidery Subcontract Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have minimum marketing & sales capacity to covering embroidery & printing lines all the year round.
∎ Identifying new customer opportunities and should be capable of new business
∎ development and promotion of embroidery & printing subcontract work.
∎ Capable of planning, marketing & execution embroidery & printing item.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge of embroidery & printing (Woven & Knit).
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.
∎ Responsible to ensure the target basis order collection.
∎ Capable to sourcing fabric, trims and accessories from local and overseas and ensure
∎ that fabric and accessories are available in the factory within the time frame.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge and experience in woven & knit garments embroidery & printing.
∎ Any other task provided by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only apply who has experience in garments embroidery & printing related work
∎ Good command in written & communication in English shall be given preference
∎ Normal cognitive abilities including the ability to learn, recall, and apply certain practices and policies;
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability;
∎ Very good Communication Skill;

∎ Able to work independently and under pressure;
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
