Education:
B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Food Science/ Food Engineering/ Food & Nutrition/ Applied Chemistry from reputed University.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Analytical Skill,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Nutritionist,Reporting and Documentation
Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 34 years
Should have minimum 2-3 years of practical experience as Nutritionist
Should have good knowledge on commodities products and technologies.
Knowledge of food formulation, nutritional analysis, and regulatory labeling.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop food or nutrition-based products (e.g., functional foods, supplements, fortified products).
Select suitable ingredients, additives, and fortification options.
Explore new raw materials, bioactive compounds, and food technologies for innovation for commodity products.
Improve existing products for better taste, shelf life or cost optimization of commodity products.
Support scientific research and pilot-scale trials to validate product concepts.
Prepare technical documentation including process flow, raw material specification, reports etc.
Ensure compliance with national and international food regulations (e.g., BSTI, Codex, FDA, EFSA).
Conduct sensory evaluations, stability studies, and shelf-life testing as part of product development.
Study market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences in bakery segments.
Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on emerging trends in nutrition, functional ingredients, and health claims.
Support label claims and product registration with accurate nutritional data and scientific references.
