Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Shall be B.Sc (Industrial Eng:)/ B.Sc (Textile Engg) from any reputed Engg & Technological University.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Must have minimum 3-5 years working experience to lead an Engineering team in large RMG units.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
- Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word.
- Must have good command in both English & Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
The Management of a reputed Group of Companies owning 100% Export oriented RMG units is looking for Qualified & Dynamic candidate in the post of Sr. Executive-IE (Sewing/Cutting/Finishing) having academic back ground Industrial Engg/Textile Engg for one of its unit having 2,500 employees for immediate appointment.
Study the worker’s efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
Study the m/c layout to achieve the optimum productivity to achieve the wanted out as outlined in Production Planning.
Applicant must have knowledge about SMV calculation, Production & cost analysis.
Provide the productivity target estimation (Cutting Sewing finishing etc:) and ensure physical implementation as per SMV.
Develop strategies to achieve the Targeted productivity.
Must submit monthly target/achievement analysis reports to Director concerned.
Initiate effective communication skill to motivate and develop the professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity among the staff of production department.
Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.
Adhear to the compliance issues.
