Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing, and method improvement.
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement productivity improvement tools and techniques.
Ensure accurate line loading plans in coordination with Production & Planning.
Support the planning department with data-driven capacity forecasting.
Identify and reduce non-value-added activities.
Support management in achieving cost efficiency through effective resource utilization.
Track material and labor wastage and propose corrective actions.
