Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.
∎ Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary issues in line with company policy.
∎ Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
∎ Handle grievance issues and ensure a healthy work environment.
∎ Coordinate training, workshops, and development initiatives.
∎ repare HR reports, memos, and management documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
∎ Collaborate with the Head Office HR team to implement organizational policies and strategies.
