Requirements

• Strong skills in telemarketing and lead generation

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills

• Good technical and computer proficiency

• Prior experience in customer care or client handling is preferred

• Willingness to work in a roster-based schedule, especially early morning shifts

• Key Contact Information Collection

• Lead Analysis

• Data Entry & Lead Database Management

• Proposal Email Preparation & Sending

• Lead Collection Target Achievement

• Daily Reporting to Management

• Communication over the Phone
