knowledge of ERP Management System, Performance Management System, SAP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct performance management system to review and appraise the performance of associates yearly against their assigned jobs to measure the caliber and potentiality of the associates.
∎ To ensure effective reward & compensation system in the organization for the satisfaction of associates.
∎ Maintaining a viable office culture by supporting with HR arrangement and effective HR policy.
∎ Implementing HR tools for organized operation of the organization.
∎ To assist to design & implement performance management system to enable the associates understanding the goal of the team and organization as expected based on the assigned jobs.
∎ To coordinate with the managers for performance management & performance improvement.
∎ To work with learning & development team to ensure better performance of the associates through training & development as required in performance review.
∎ To conduct 2 way communication between associates and managers after the review of performance.
∎ Working on recontact and permanent issue of contractual Line Associate.
∎ To conduct & coordinate probationary evaluation of new joiners probation period.
∎ Supporting HR colleagues while required to complete the task as a team.
∎ Any other activities assigned by my superiors and management.
