Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Administration, General HR, Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, HR, Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Furniture, Super store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate Management System of the Company by following updated Labor Law, Employees' Code of Conduct, Attendance, Leave and Disciplinary Management System of the Company.
∎ Updating KPI & conduct Employee Evaluation
∎ To make all correspondences related to HR & Administration of the Company.
∎ To maintain Personnel Files, Payroll, Office Files, Deeds, Documents etc. in appropriate manner.
∎ To maintain Employee Schedule & Tracking & provide various Reporting to the management & take corrective measures (if required) by using motivational tools and counseling activities.
∎ To process all administrative Bills, Vouchers and settle the Claims of Vendors, Field Staff and so on.
∎ To prepare Job Advertisements, arrange Job Postings, contact Applying Candidates and Coordinate Interviews in accordance with the organizational recruitment standards and business needs.
∎ On completion of Interviews, to check Background & References, negotiate & select Candidates and provide feedback to his/her Supervisor.
∎ On confirmation of Appointment, to ensure proper orientation, induction, training and placement of the Candidates.
∎ Prepare Letters and Memos
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
