1. Client Interaction & Sales Support:

a)Meet clients in showroom / site

b) Understand requirements, budget, and preferences

c) Guide clients in selecting materials (doors, tiles, fittings, etc.)

d) Present design concepts confidently

2. Site Measurement & Planning

a)Visit project sites for accurate measurement

b)Prepare layout plans and design concepts

3. Design Development

a)Create 2D layouts and 3D designs (as required)

b)Modify designs based on client feedback

c)Ensure design is practical and executable

4. Project Coordination, Execution & Supervision

a)Coordinate with workers, vendors, and internal team

b)Visit site regularly to ensure design is properly implemented

Solve on-site issues quickly

5.Follow up with clients for approvals and payments

6.Maintain proper documentation of designs and changes

7. Social Media Content Support

a)Create design-based posts (before/after, layout, material selection)

b)Coordinate with marketing team for content ideas

🎯 Required Skills:

Strong communication & client handling ability

Practical knowledge of interior materials (tiles, fittings, doors, etc.)

Ability to convert design into real execution

Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max / similar

Basic understanding of site work & supervision

Problem-solving mindset

⭐ Preferred:

Experience in retail/showroom-based interior business

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Sales-oriented mindset (very important)
