∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Candidates who have job experience in similar industry (Door, Furniture, Interior, Sanitary product sales) will be given priority in terms of recruitment.
∎ Candidates who are interested to perform in Product Live Demonstration online with pleasant personality, decent attire & efficient verbal skills (in Bengali language) are specially encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidates who have job experience in similar industry (Door, Furniture, Interior, Sanitary product sales) will be given priority in terms of recruitment.
∎ Candidates who are interested to perform in Product Live Demonstration online with pleasant personality, decent attire & efficient verbal skills (in Bengali language) are specially encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initially, the selected candidate will be given 6 months of Probation period which will include On-the-Job sales training (salary inclusive). After successful completion of Probation & Training, the employment will be permanent with reasonable modification in salary as per company policy.
∎ Greet customer and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
∎ Provide an excellent shopping experience through informed product recommendations and outstanding service.
∎ Analyze competitor products, prices, and service. Stay update on industry trends and new product launches.
∎ Customer Management and Control (prepare & maintain master database of customer, build up and maintain strong & trustworthy relationship with the customer).
∎ Provide prompt feedback online regarding assigned branch/product related customer query (via WhatsApp business).
∎ Utilize effective sales techniques to drive sales and achieve monthly & quarterly sales target.
∎ Manage daily inventory, assist with inventory control, and restock as necessary.
∎ Be responsible for product display cleanliness & hygiene & occasional display renovation.
∎ Be responsible for payment and maintenance of utility (i.e. electricity, water, rent).
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
∎ Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations and presentations in case of corporate sales.
∎ Candidates who have job experience in similar industry (Door, Furniture, Interior, Sanitary product sales) will be given priority in terms of recruitment.
