- As a Trainee Executive, you’ll be stepping into a world of opportunities. Over the course of a 3-month probation period, you’ll receive hands-on experience and mentorship to help you thrive.
- Month 1: Comprehensive On-the-Job training to immerse you in our company culture, products and services, Value offering etc
- Months 2 & 3: Close performance monitoring, where your growth, progress, and potential will be evaluated.
- After successful completion of training & assessment, the finalised candidates will be offered placement in respective departments as per performance.
