Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare monthly salaries and other benefits for all employees by utilizing payroll management system software.
∎ To update data of attendance, overtime, leave management, the organogram, employee master data, shift management, the computerized attendance system, and absenteeism.
∎ To maintain each employee's personal file, service records, and separation process.
∎ To conduct and maintain the procedure of disciplinary action.
∎ To work on all recruitment, selection, and placement-related activities.
∎ To conduct the employee confirmation process, ensuring prior appraisal.
∎ Should have the knowledge of drafting various official documents, letters, and memos.
∎ To generate various types of reports as per management requirements.
∎ Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary action management.
∎ Any other responsibility as per Business/management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ ADD-ON if worked in any BPO/Scribe
Salary: Negotiable
