∎ Exceptional aptitude for problem-solving, capable of making sound decisions even under pressure.
∎ Outstanding communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
∎ A strategic mindset capable of aligning IT initiatives with overarching business objectives.
∎ Relevance certifications (e.g., CISCO) will be considered vital.
