∎ Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor laws.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive - Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions including payroll, HR operations, HRIS, Final Settlements, Exit Process and TADA. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
∎ Key responsible include, but are not limited to:
∎ Process and manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
∎ Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
∎ Handle employee queries related to payroll.
∎ Oversee day-to-day HR operations ensuring smooth execution of HR activities.
∎ Manage employee records, including personal files, any kind of changes in employment.
∎ Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
∎ Manage end-to-end final settlement process for exiting employees.
∎ Ensure all dues are settled in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
∎ Conduct exit interviews and manage exit formalities.
∎ Process travel and expense reimbursements in line with company policies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all TADA claims and payments.
