Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive order from sales person·
∎ Prepare depot stock report through ERP Software·
∎ Prepare dealer invoice according to order·
∎ Provide party statement and relevant documents to sales person as per requirement·
∎ Open Temporary Code through software·
∎ Input Temporary Credit Limit in Software and Process·
∎ Update received Finished Goods from factory in software·
∎ Update party wise cash/cheque received in software·
∎ Cross check input of cash/cheque with Accounts·
∎ Prepare urgent product indent and send to distribution·
∎ Give Sales Booking in terms of product unavailability·
∎ Prepare daily sales order , daily closing sales report, due product list and share with sales and distribution·
∎ Follow up with sale person regarding party balance, ageing & party Commission Report·
∎ Update Cheque Deposit date to Sales officer·
∎ Preserve invoice related documents
