Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting Job Circular, Job posting, CV shorting, organizing & coordinating Interview
∎ Monitoring front desk activities & various report i.e. attendance report, movement report, disperse report, guest report etc.
∎ Employee database with all related information & Personnel file management.
∎ Coordinating Employees On-boarding activities, Induction training, & Job placement
∎ Assist to senior for Performance Management and Evaluation
∎ Assist to senior for Training & Development related jobs
∎ Assist to drafting & others jobs related to Disciplinary Action & Processes
∎ Must be capable to handling Payroll individually through Payroll software
∎ Preparing Appointment letter, Transfer letter, Increment letter, Promotion letter, & Notice etc.

∎ Age at most 32 years
