Experience:
• Age at most 30 years
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Good knowledge & skills in computing, numerical data analysis, presenting facts and figure.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for various HR tasks, such as document creation, data analysis, presentations, and email communication.
Job context:
The ideal candidate who will be selected for the position mentioned above will be responsible for proactively perform HR related activities of the Group Head Office.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, preparing Offer Letter, Joining Letter, and conducting background checks, Joining and On-boarding, Orientation.
HR Operation:
Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy in personnel records
Providing leave application and filing.
Collect daily attendance sheet and monitor late and absenteeism.
Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal communications
Drafting show cause letters.
Training & development:
Developing training modules, power-points for employees.
Employee Separation:
Managing employee separation processes, check and verify resignation & Maternity bills, conducting exit interview.
HR Analytics
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
Report Generation:
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports.
Labor Law practice:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
