Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven and field-oriented Retail Sales Operations Manager to oversee mobile phone sales across a network of leading electronics retail outlets.

This role requires strong capabilities in retail execution, team coordination and sales performance management to ensure consistent growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Retail Operations Management

  • Oversee mobile phone sales operations across assigned retail outlets

  • Ensure consistent execution of retail policies, SOPs and brand standards

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor operations and improve performance

2.     Sales Performance & Team Leadership

  • Lead and guide Outlets / Exclusive Shops’ sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Monitor performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions

  • Support and manage sales people to maximize sales conversion

3.     Retail Execution & Coordination

  • Act as a key link between Head Office and Outlets / Exclusive Shops

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations across all assigned locations

4.     Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum product availability

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stock shortages or overstocking

5.    Campaigns & In-Store Activation

  • Execute campaigns, promotional offers and marketing activities

  • Organize and supervise in-store product demonstrations and activations

6.    Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, pricing and strategies

  • Provide actionable insights to improve sales and market positioning

7.     Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports

  • Analyze data to support decision-making and performance improvement
