Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Internal Audit professional with mandatory experience in the RMG (Ready-Made Garments) sector. The role will ensure robust internal controls, compliance & risk management across our manufacturing and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans across factory and corporate functions

• Evaluate internal controls, compliance and operational efficiency within RMG operations

• Conduct audits on production, inventory, procurement and supply chain processes

• Identify control gaps and recommend actionable improvements

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, buyer requirements and company policies

• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management

• Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure

• Lead and guide the internal audit team
