∎ Certification of quality control is strong advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check tag sample or APP sample to identify the Construction, Measurements & safety issues.
∎ Review first output of finishing against the sample.
∎ Follow first output garment measurement report & inform senior officials if any discrepancies happen to get action.
∎ Finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to FQC Inspectors, Supervisors and executive.
∎ Discuss about final inspection findings with the respective sewing line & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Monitor the DHU report to identify the continues defects and discuss with respective sewing line managers to get the correctively.
∎ Follow up the day final audit and pre final audit.
∎ Develop and maintain FQC objectives and coordinate with production procedures in cooperation with production team.
∎ Organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Inline inspection & Final Inspection findings should be discussed with full team to get the corrective and preventive action plans.
∎ Give continuous feedback to the sub-ordinate.
∎ Train FQC Supervisors & FQC Inspectors.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to QA Manager and concern.
∎ Maintain buyer standers in final inspection.
∎ Working closely with QAD and production team to achieve Self-inspection instead of PQC.
∎ Reduce defects percentage gradually.
∎ Keep defects percentage below 0.33%.
∎ Check APP and confirm sample of buyer.
