Responsibilities & Context:
No of positions: 02 nos Executive position & 05 nos for Probationary (MTO) –02 nos
Shipment Coordination:
Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents.
Maintain organized records of shipments, orders, and client communications.
Upload and maintain shipping documents in electronic systems.
Shipment Coordination:
Assist with booking shipments and scheduling pick-ups and deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and other third parties.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Inventory Management:
Assist with tracking and controlling inventory at warehouse locations.
Help with receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
Compliance & Communication:
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customs requirements.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve shipping-related issues and provide
updates on delays.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative and operational support to the operations team.
Assist with data entry and report preparation as needed.
