Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in employee's salary, bonus, incentive other variables calculation, process and payment,
∎ Ensure accurate retrial benefits calculation and payment,
∎ Ensure employee clearance process and issue related certificate/ letters,
∎ Act as a custodian of HRIS and ensure the input of all change information in HRIS,
∎ Provide error free predefined monthly reports in timely manner and submit other ad-hoc reports to support business as and when require,
∎ Assist in employees TAX deduction and have the required knowledge of TAX rules,
∎ Assist in employee benefits management like PF, GF, WPPF and Group Life Insurance,
∎ Maintain expat employee's database, BIDA and other relevant activities in an effective and efficient manner,
∎ Actively participate and give input in preparation HR Dashboard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years' experience in HR in the relevant areas mentioned in responsibilities,
∎ Familiar with HRIS Systems,
∎ Working knowledge and skills in Word, Power point,
∎ Advance Level knowledge and skills in MS Excel,
∎ Working knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law and Income Tax Rules.
