Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ System Administration or a closely related field from any government approved reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up and configure servers, peripherals and accounts assigning security levels as per approved security matrix;
∎ Provide technical support for software and hardware issues across functional activities and business processes that users may encounter;
∎ Set up, test and maintain new and existing server systems, applications and databases;
∎ Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, implement corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate;
∎ Conduct preventative maintenance on ICT infrastructure and ICT equipment related repairs in liaison with service providers and supervisors;
∎ Conduct information and data back-ups as per approved plans;
∎ Administration of user accounts in the various systems like Active Directory, MS Exchange etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 4-5 years' experience in database, network administration, or system administration experience preferably in MNC or in any other reputed health sector organization.
∎ System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields will be added advantage.
∎ Technical Competencies:
∎ Operating System - Windows Server 2010/2016/2019.
∎ Visualization - VMware ESXi, Windows Hyper-V and VMware Cluster.
∎ Email Server - MS Exchange 2013/2019 and O365.
∎ Server/ Role - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, IIS, FTP, Print Server.
∎ Hardware - RAID, SAN, NAS, Server Hardware (Cisco, HP, Dell).
∎ Network Knowledge - Static/Dynamic Routing, VLAN, IP Subnets, VPN, Wireless Technologies.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
