• Develop and innovate new trims, Accessories & packaging products based on customer requirements
• Coordinate with buyers, sales, merchandising, and production teams for product development
• Conduct product feasibility analysis and sample development
• Research market trends, materials, and new technologies
• Ensure product quality, functionality, and cost optimization
• Prepare product specifications, development reports, and technical documentation
• Support the commercialization process for newly developed products
