Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
∎ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
∎ Assist in selection of candidates.
∎ Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
∎ Assist in preparing HR policies and procedures.
∎ Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
∎ Oversee performance appraisal processes.
∎ Sound knowledge in KPI .
∎ Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
∎ Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking.
∎ Identify training needs within the organization.
∎ Develop or source training programs.
∎ Maintain employee records and data confidentiality.
∎ Maintain accurate and organized HR records and documentation.
∎ Basic knowledge in labor laws and regulations.
∎ Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to generate reports.
∎ Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Ensure HR practices align with ethical standards and corporate values.
∎ Perform any other relevant duty assigned by management .
