Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct patient consultations, effectively inform and educate patients about problems, course of treatment, and post treatment care.
∎ Train patient counsellors based on required .
∎ Managing and facilitating the activities of regular health care of patients.
∎ Maintaining complete and accurate medical records to have strong and professional follow up for necessary post treatment.
∎ To promote new products and treatment with patient to ensure desired results.
∎ Assuring compliance with standard regulations, including company policies and medical protocols.
∎ Responsible to lead a medical team in any emergency.
∎ As a part of the team work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high quality support to the patients and excellence within the organization.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
