∎ Manage HR databases, ensuring the proper handling of paperwork.
∎ Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and contribute to conflict resolution efforts.
∎ Provide essential HR support to various projects, aiding in HR-related reports and data analytics.
∎ Collaborate with the HR team on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of HR operations.
∎ Assist in ensuring compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and employment regulations.
∎ Oversee HR activities and policies within the factory to promote a positive work environment.
∎ Maintain accurate HR records and generate relevant reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of Excel features and capabilities.
∎ Ability to develop and implement advanced data management and analysis strategies.
∎ Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques and statistical analysis.
∎ Skill in designing and implementing complex Excel models.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations
∎ Ability to apply employment laws practically in HR situations.
