The Production Executive of Spinning is responsible for overseeing the production of yarn in a spinning mill. This includes ensuring that production targets are met, wastage is controlled, absenteeism is minimized, and housekeeping and cleaning standards are maintained.

• Achieve production targets by supervising and driving the production team to meet and exceed goals.

• Reduce end breakage by implementing strategies to ensure smooth production flow.

• Control wastage by ensuring proper machine operation and minimizing waste.

• Manage absenteeism through regular counseling and support for workers.

• Maintain high housekeeping standards by overseeing floor management to ensure thorough cleaning.

• Minimize machine idle time by promptly communicating with higher management to address and resolve issues.

• Facilitate worker training through scheduled sessions to enhance skills.

• Maintain accurate records in all sectional files for reference and reporting.
