• Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering

• CA (CC) with a background in industrial audit (textile/garments preferred)

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Strong understanding of fibers, yarns, textile raw materials, and factory processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, report writing, and audit documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to stores, factories, and warehouses.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English

Context:

Le REVE is seeking a qualified Executive / Sr. Executive – Audit with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in auditing both retail outlets and textile/garment factory operations. Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or CA (CC) background are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fibers, yarn, textile materials, and internal control procedures in retail and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive audits at retail stores, factory units, warehouse, and production facilities.
• Examine inventory movement, stock reconciliation, shrinkage, and damage at store and warehouse levels.
• Audit raw materials (fibers, yarn, fabric) and finished goods for proper usage, wastage, and loss prevention.
• Review procurement, consumption, and production processes to detect inefficiencies and irregularities.
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, risk identification, and recommendations.
• Follow up with departments for implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in the design of audit programs and risk-based audit plans.
• Work closely with accounts, supply chain, and production teams for cross-verification of data.
• Support special investigations or audits assigned by management.
