REVE Tex Limited (Le Reve) is a concern of REVE Group is looking for Distribution Manager for its Retails Concern. We`re looking for a Distribution Manager who has proven experience in distribution or sales management (especially in Retails and FMCG industry), with a strong focus on logistics and team leadership.
Job Description / Responsibility:
Lead, supervise, and develop the distribution team, providing training and performance reviews to boost productivity.
Strategically plan and coordinate distribution routes to ensure timely and efficient product delivery to all distribution points.
Oversee the movement, handling, and storage of inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels
Analyse distribution expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings, ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising on service quality or operational efficiency.
Prepare and manage essential reports, including monthly salary sheets, ROI files, and budgets to keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
