Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field (Buying House/Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile).
Positive attitude towards servicing customers.
Good communication, negotiating, planning, organizing, analytical, presentation and leadership.
Should be result & detail oriented and have immaculate credentials on honesty & integrity.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Should have sound knowledge of business finance, especially in Pricing, Accounts planning and Account Management.
Sound knowledge of Computer applications (particularly in MS Excel, AI and Automation Fluency).

ITL Group has global operations in 16 countries with over 35+ years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
ITL-BD is seeking young, talented, and aspiring candidates for the position of Business Analyst- someone who is highly motivated, analytical, and tech-savvy- to support the Regional Management Directors (RMD) in business process improvement; provides comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Regional Managing Director (RMD), ensuring smooth operations across both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh offices. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, cross-border coordination, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism. Acts as a trusted partner to the RMD, enabling effective time management, stakeholder communication, and business follow-up.
Job Description / Responsibility
Achieve overall and area/customer-wise sales targets as per the company budget.
To approach potential customers with the aim of growing and winning new business along with existing customers’ repeat sales
Mega customer management.
Drive and execute global strategies, meeting with account manager of the respective marketing offices.
Implement mid- and long-term business plans with the support of the sales team to ensure achievement of business goals. Implement a market share gain action plan.
Data Analysis by brand/customer/product line to understand
performance, gain/loss.
Compile and analyze monthly sales reports.
Share market intelligence, competitor information with the local and global team.
Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information on demand.
Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.
Understand the global/local buying office on their current & future requirements.
Take customer suggestions and implement or improve them if found feasible to meet customer satisfaction.
Visit customers regularly and update them on the status of their orders; resolve any matters with them pertaining to their orders.
