Job Context
International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Description / Responsibility
Develop production plans based on customer orders.
Schedule daily/weekly/monthly production based on capacity, materials, and deadlines.
Prioritize orders to meet delivery dates.
Monitor production status and adjust plans when needed.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to avoid shortages or overstock
Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, production efficiency.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production and planning reports.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Plan for peak seasons or high-volume orders.
Job Other Benifits:
Monthly lunch bill reimbursement upon submission of bills, with a maximum limit of 3,000 BDT per month.
Friday and alternative Saturday is weekend.
CL & SL as per the policy and duration of Internship period.
