International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 16 countries with over 35+ years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
ITL-BD is seeking young, talented, and aspiring candidates for the position of Business Analyst- someone who is highly motivated, analytical, and tech-savvy- to support the Regional Management Directors (RMD) in business process improvement; provides comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Regional Managing Director (RMD), ensuring smooth operations across both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh offices. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, cross-border coordination, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism. Acts as a trusted partner to the RMD, enabling effective time management, stakeholder communication, and business follow-up.
3. Job Description / Responsibility
Executive Support
Manage the RMD’s calendar, appointments, Financial /Bank related work, and travel arrangements across SL & BD.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-up action trackers.
Support RMD in prioritizing tasks, projects, and decision-making requirements.
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with discretion.
Cross-Country Coordination
Act as the liaison between the RMD and leadership teams in Sri Lanka & Bangladesh.
Ensure alignment of communications, schedules, and business updates across both countries.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of action points from meetings.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the RMD.
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests requiring the RMD’s attention.
Organize and support high-level meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
Administrative & Business Support
Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for strategic documents.
Assist in preparing business reviews, performance dashboards, and presentations.
Provide logistical and operational support for board-level and cross-country meetings.
