Job Context :
We are looking for a potential Incumbent, who will handle all sorts of HR & Admin related works of the Head Office and factory premises of the large Stainless Industries with a state-of-the-art setup, producing a wide range of world class Stainless, who will work in collaboration with the Factory Personnel.
Job Descriptions:
· Calculating employee salary, working hours, over time, tiffin bill, bonuses, allowances, employee benefits and deductions etc. using payroll software in accordance with the company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations.
· Entering new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers etc.) into software system.
· Maintaining and Monitoring Bio-metric attendance, Job card, leave etc.
· Supporting the implementation and integration of new payroll systems or upgrades if required.
· Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll and related information.
· Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
· Collaborating closely with the Accounts and Finance teams to exchange relevant payroll information and resolve payroll-related issues and other issues.
· Conducting induction program for newly joined employee(s) and arrange necessary supporting (i.e. ID card, SIM, Mobile set, visiting card etc.) for them (if required) in consultation with HR & Admin dept. of Head office.
· Factory troubleshooting, and overseeing the administrative issues of the factory as and when required.
· All type of administrative works/service-related bill and voucher checking and ensuring the proper job done against the submitted bill as and when required.
· Logistics support to Factory as and when required.
· Arranging counterfeiting operations with the help of the law enforcing agencies and taking appropriate actions according to the provision of laws in consultation with the HR & Admin dept. and Land & Legal dept. of H/O.
· Assisting all concerned to prepare Legal matters, GD, FIR, SOP, Policy, and handle internal and external legal concerns in consultation with the HR & Admin dept. and Land & Legal dept. of H/O.
· Following/executing all types of land tax, City Corporation holding Tax, and documentation formalities in consultation with the Land & Legal dept. of the Head office.
· Maintaining communication with various regulatory authority. on behalf of the organization in consultation with the HR & Admin dept. as well as Land & Legal dept. of the Head office.
· Settling the Industrial dispute, the problem of Labour office in consultation with the HR & Admin dept. as well as Land & Legal dept. of the Head office.
· Keeping and updating proper clearance and all sorts of licenses (i.e. Fire License, Environment License, Factory License, Trade License etc.).
· Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain security standards if required.
· Investigating security threats and breaches.
· Attending meetings with other Dept. Heads of the factory to determine operational needs for any safety as well as security.
· Facing external HR & Administration auditing as & when required.
· Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.
