Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities of HR and Admin department
Key responsibilities are to provide meaningful input for formulating and implementation of HR related policies.
Initiate a change management strategy to bring effective changes in leadership abilities at all levels of executives.
Implement HR strategy that ensures continued matching of resource capability with existing and future business development and growth objectives of AWCH.
Implement KRA for all permanent employees.
Implement Performance Management Systems (PMS) to ensure that the business has a framework for measuring and improving the performance of people and monitoring progress.
Responsible for the selection, supervision, and evaluation of interdisciplinary team members.
Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place for all staff of AWCH.
Provide assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
Identify training and organizational development opportunities with the help of senior management and departmental heads.
Lead staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
To assist in developing human resource plans for the senior management.
Initiate punitive measures, including counselling for the deteriorated performance of any employee of AWCH.
Participate in interviews with the recruitment committee at all levels.
Conduct exit/entry interviews for employees at any level.
Promote workplace safety.
To maintain good communication and pay proper respect to the clinicians.
To respond humbly and appropriately to any queries from clinicians regarding HR matters.
Ensure proper vehicle management of AWCH-rented and own cars/microbuses for effective use.
Periodic survey of compensation and benefits to remain competitive within the industry.
To execute of organizations administrative plan, policies and decisions of the Management.
Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other staff.
To check and process all kinds of bill-related papers.
To receive interdepartmental notes, documentation and take action regarding those issues.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management for business interest.
Responsibilities of Security department
Develop SOP for Fire & Security services
Building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety.
Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.
Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and plan for improvements.
Fostering a culture of physical security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with employees.
Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical security incidents or breaches.
Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with applicable laws and legislations.
Maintain Strong networking with the law enforcement, emergency services agencies and local influential.
Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to the management team members.
Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
Any other job assigned by management.
