  • At least 2 years proven experience in similar job or customer care particularly in any reputed Hospital / Corporate Hospital.·        

  • Must have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills·        

  • Highly energetic and ambitious candidates are encouraged to apply.·

  • Advanced level PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Knowledge of Windows Operating System and MS outlook is essential).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Perform regular spot-check of all patient care services and to maintain high quality standards through routine visit to every ward and floor.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, nurses, duty doctors, consultants, medical services and other concerned departments in attending the patients need.

  • Address any patient`s request, requirement, complaints, etc. Monitor and ensure that all the complaints are resolved in appropriate manner.

  • Attend all urgent calls outside and from the emergency department, intensive care unit, cabin/ward and provide necessary support. Also, submit all incidence report through the Duty Manager Report for management attention.

  • Streamline all activities from admission to in-patient care, as well as bill payment to discharge of the patient.

  • Maintain official formalities of Medical legal case (MLC) / MLC expired patients.

  • Counsel the patients and their attendants regarding patients` rights and responsibilities as well as hospital policy and procedures whenever required.

  • Provide personalized services for high value, VIP, vulnerable patients.

  • Contact patients or patients` families to retrieve what exactly they want to suggest for improving our services and analyzing the comments and taking necessary steps to resolve accordingly.

  • To deal with diversified customers as well as lead cross functional operational activities with very good management and communications skills.

  • Daily incidents/complaints/problems (Internal/External) record in a Register/Form/Note for future reference and knowledge·

  • Any other job assigned by the authority.
