Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, international standards, and buyer codes of conduct.
• Lead and manage audits including SEDEX (4 Pillar), NIRAPON, HIGG FEM & FSLM, ISO 14001, GRS, GOTS, and Buyer CoC.
• Maintain updated documentation and ensure readiness for external audits covering labor, safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
• Oversee renewal and maintenance of legal permits (Trade, Fire, Factory, Environmental, Generator, Explosive licenses).
• Conduct job safety analyses, risk assessments, and deliver compliance and safety training programs.
• Supervise ZDHC and environmental compliance testing (water, wastewater, emissions, noise, lighting).
• Manage chemical inventories and MSDS updates, ensuring strict chemical safety measures.
• Lead sustainability initiatives related to energy, water, and waste management.
• Coordinate compliance reporting through customer and government web portals.
• Act as liaison with Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Factory Inspectorate, and Environmental authorities. Skills & Expertise
