To manage and control Carton Rill, accessories, chemicals, spare parts, and general store operations efficiently for smooth Carton production, ensuring accurate inventory, cost control, compliance, and stock management.

Job Responsibilities (JD)
Store & Inventory Management
* Overall responsibility of Store, Accessories Store, Spare Parts Store & General Store.
* Ensure 100% stock accuracy (Physical vs System).
* Monitor daily stock in/out.
* Maintain FIFO / LIFO properly as per company policy.
* Control minimum, maximum & reorder level of all items.
* Prevent shortage, overstock, damage & pilferage.
Carton & Accessories Control
* Receive, issue, and track Paper, trims & accessories accurately.
* Coordinate with Production Manager & Planning.
* Monitor consumption vs booking.
* Handle leftover Paper & return management.
Team Management
* Lead and control:
o Store Officers
o Store Keepers
o Helpers
* Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure discipline.
Reporting
* Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to:
o Management
o Accounts
