We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – HR & Admin who will be responsible for managing the complete Human Resources and Administrative functions of the company. This role requires strong leadership, practical knowledge of HR operations, Bangladesh Labor Law, and the ability to ensure smooth office administration.
The selected candidate will play a key role in developing HR policies, managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance. Additionally, the candidate will oversee overall administrative operations including office management, asset control, vendor management, and support staff supervision.
Lead and manage end-to-end HR and administrative operations of the company
Plan and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee confirmation processes
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, personal files, and HR reports
Ensure proper attendance, leave, shift management, and disciplinary procedures
Coordinate payroll processing, salary structure, increments, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and maintain all statutory requirements
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and maintain healthy employee relations
Conduct performance appraisal, KPI evaluation, and support departmental productivity improvement
Arrange training, development, and employee engagement programs
Oversee office administration including asset management, inventory, and vendor management
Ensure proper maintenance of office premises, safety, security, and facility management
Supervise office support staff (Admin, Office Assistant, Driver, Cleaner, etc.)
Coordinate internal meetings, official letters, circulars, and company events
Maintain liaison with external parties such as government offices, banks, and service providers
