They work closely with senior leadership (like the General Manager or Hospital Director) to ensure efficient administrative systems, compliance, staff coordination, and overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing Administrative Functions
Manage daily administrative operations of the hospital (office management, front desk, records, logistics).
Ensure smooth functioning of support services like housekeeping, transport, security, and facility management.
Staff & Team Leadership
Supervise administration staff and coordinate with HR for staffing, training, schedules, and performance.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff across departments ensuring they follow policies and procedures.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure hospital administrative processes comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Update administrative policies, safety procedures, and ensure guidelines are correctly enforced.
